• The Distributor can take any Product sub category or Entire product category, for any geography or a part of the geography, under any pricing policy –

• For Modular Kitchen Distributor
• oInvestment on initial infrastructure is the responsibility of the Distributor
• oThe Distributor will need a minimum initial working capital of Rs 75-80 Lacs
• oThe master distributor (MD) will be provided 3 kinds of margin on the DP price
• §Fixed Margin of 8% on DP
• §Special Commission based on achievement of targets of 1.5% on DP
• §Marketing assistance of 1.5% on DP for initial two years
• oPayback – 3-3.5 yrs
• For UTENSILS & COOKWARE Distributor
• oInvestment on initial infrastructure is the responsibility of the Distributor
• oThe Distributor will need a minimum initial working capital of Rs 175-200 Lacs
• oThe master distributor (MD) will be provided a margin of 17.5% on the DP
• oPayback – 1.5-2 yrs
