Ms. Sonia is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst and a certified Reebok trainer. Today there are 8 Franchises spread across Ghaziabad and Noida. All the franchises are run by her own students, handpicked by Sonia to maintain the same standards that she offers at her studio. All the instructors are well qualified and specialize in training fitness enthusiasts in aerobics, pilates and weight training. They also provide diet counselling for maximum weight and inch loss.
