Operation of Franchise

• Lubbylubby grants the independent operator the right to distribute our trademarks, sell products, and services after entering into an agreement.
• The independent, third party business person who distributes the franchiser's products or services through retail or service outlets will be our franchisee.
• Each Lubbylubby franchise will carry a name board and uniform colour scheme as designed by us.
• Lubbylubby will have a uniform system, uniform billing system, uniform type of register, and other systems which shall be implemented during day by day operations.
• Lubbylubby will be operating gift schemes for its customers throughout India. Each of the franchise will involve in the activities of local organization in its operation area like donating for Lions, Rotary etc.
• The contribution shall be made by corporate office of Lubbylubby which will help our franchise to get the support of members of these service organizations.
• Each of our franchise will sell only products approved by us and shall not sell any product or offer any service without our knowledge.
• Each of our franchise shall promise to follow our rules and regulations for giving almost care and service to customers approaching us.
• Lubbylubby will be appointing master franchise for each state, and they will accept applications for franchise from the corresponding state.
