Recruitment & Motivation: The franchisor will assist in recruitment of suitable candidates and also help with programs to keep them motivated. Training: Comprehensive training would be provided on service operations, standard check up procedures, accounting, inventory control etc. Employees from all verticals would be trained on regular basis to help in continuously grooming and enhancing operating efficiencies of employees. Promotions: The franchisor will organize specific marketing/ branding events at the national level including participation in the related retail expos/ sponsoring such events, tie ups with magazines/ newspapers etc and much more to promote its each Franchisee outlet.
