The fashion studio excels in teamwork between clients and designers to create fashion products suited to specific tastes. Based out of Trivandrum Kerala, The God's Own Country, Sparkles ' second store opened in Bangalore, The Garden City, and the third store to be opened in the much happening city of the world Dubai.  Sparkles respect women by giving freedom to design a dress with the help of highly qualified fashion designers as they should always feel good and look beautiful, with due respect to Indian culture and tradition. As we support our customers, we also support our Investors in buying our franchisee and support them in the most simplest way making their life hassle free. Sparkles Fashion Studio provide a complete package that covers all aspects of franchise management, including fully developed and detailed store concepts designed, store project management, buying support, retail marketing, visual merchandising, learning and development, performance management and store operations support. Manpower Management: Staff recruitment will be done by the franchisor - designer & tailor. Fashion Designer and Tailor will be placed at each outlet who can design dresses for the customer and place order to franchisor which will be produced at the Production Unit. Marketing & Advertisement: All the strategies will be provided by the Franchisor with Advertisement at different modes (Paper/Internet/Hoardings). Training & Support:  Our franchise team offers an extensive retail clothing franchise training program which includes basic operating skills as well as hands-on training, customer service and a variety of marketing techniques Fabrics & Designs: Fabric samples will be given at each outlet which the customer can select and design dresses them. New product photos will be displayed on display screen of franchisee which can be sold and a percentage of the sale shall go to the franchisee. IT Helpdesk: Management software & Centralized management system will be provided by franchisor. Interiors: Outlet layout design will be provided by the franchisor.
